Evangeline had her first day of Preschool! It's so very surreal for me, and she totally doesn't get why everyone at Mustard Seed is making such a big deal that she's there. People she's never seen before are coming up up to her with greeting and many "oh my goodness, I can't believe your here"s. This is my 8th school year working at Mustard Seed. i wouldn't have it any other way. Though it's only 1 day I'm so thankful that I still get to be a part of it.

Also, Evangeline's teacher this year is Ms. Beth! Beth has also been at MSP since it began and her son, C.J. was in my very first class. Full circle.

The First day went well, though it is going to take some adjustment for my sleepyheads to be out the door before they'd even normally be waking up twice a week. By the end of the day Evangeline seemed out of sorts, and I figured she was just overly tired. Turns out she was getting sick so unfortunately we didn't even make it to the 2nd day of school, boooooo!
