1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? - I prefer wrapping paper but there are some gifts in shape or size where only a gift bag will do.
2. Real tree or artificial? - Real tree!! From the same lot every year. It's an expense but so worth it to me. Nothing beats the smell.
3. When do you put the tree up? - Usually within a few days after Thanksgiving.
4. When do you take the tree down? - Depends. I am always the reluctant one. I'd keep it til it was dying probably if it were me. I always feel horrible for the tree when it gets thrown out.
5. Do you like eggnog? - Yesssss. in small glasses.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? - Hmmmm either my Julie doll (she was incredible. sort of robotic and kind of creepy because she could tell you if you walked into the garage that it was cold out there) or my Playmobil Mansion.
7. Hardest person to buy for? - Probably dad. He never wants anything.
8. Easiest person to buy for? - Well it would be Jayme except I can never afford what he wants. Probably my sisters because it's usually just stuff I want for myself.
9. Do you have a nativity scene? - No, actually. When I find one with people who are not white and I can afford it, I'll buy it.
10. Mail or email your Christmas cards? - Mail for sure!
11. Worst Christmas gift you've ever received? - I really don't know.
12. Favorite Christmas movie? - A Charlie Brown Christmas. But Elf has definitely become a new favorite in the recent years.
13. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? - Oh probably.
14. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? - Easy! Egg McMogans and Turtles.
15. Lights on the tree? - yes! White lights.
16. Favorite Christmas song? - O Holy Night but I loooove them all
17. Travel at Christmas or stay home? - Well so far we've done a bit of both. But we've always been home on Christmas morning.
18. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? - Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donder, Blitzen, and Rudolph. Is that all of them?
19. Angel on top of tree or star? - I believe we have a star. I've always looked for the perfect topper. Haven't found it yet.
20. Open presents Christmas Eve or morning? - Morning.
21. Most annoying thing about this time of year? - The traffic!!!
22. Favorite ornament theme or color? - I don't really have either. I just love classic ornaments and those with sentimental value.
23. Favorite Christmas dinner? - Repeat performance of Thanksgiving is nice
24. What do you want for Christmas this year? - Sadly too much.
