Happy Thanksgiving! This has been a different kind of year for us. For the first time, my whole side of the family was not together. Both sisters were traveling with their boyfriend's families and Jayme actually left this afternoon for work. (We aren't turning away work these days). So it was just me, my mom, dad, brother, and Evangeline.
This is what Evangeline and I do with ourselves when Jayme leaves:
We had a lovely dinner and spent a great afternoon at my parent's house. Evangeline helped Grampy out in the garden pick the broccoli and lettuce, feed the fish, and the birds. She loves it.
