Big Girl Bed!!

So with all of my catching up on posts, how could I forget this update?? As of October 7th, Evangeline moved into her big girl room with her BIG big girl bed. We figured, why lose a good queen mattress and spend money on a toddler bed? So my bitty baby has plenty of roll around space. Forgive the choppy video editing. I wanted to get the highlights without making it too long. Sad to say that we returned that video monitor. We may buy it again later but it's hard to find one with a clear enough picture now trying to cover so much more space. I will say I miss the walkie-talkie effect though!

She did so great that night. I think we went up once to settle her and ever since she has just stayed in her bed, even after she wakes up. She hasn't had any fear being in a new place and she hasn't rolled off the bed. Yay! So my baby really isn't a baby anymore is she? Potty-trained and sleeping in a big girl bed. Sad, and so fun at the same time.

The room will come together a bit more as soon as money allows for it. I still have so much I want to do!!
