I am overjoyed. Evangeline finally likes eggs. I have tried at various times since she could eat solids to get her to like eggs, but alas, I think she has texture issues like her mama. I don't know whether it was just timing, the fact that she plays with her pretend eggs in her play kitchen, or the fact that she helped me cook them but she is now a scrambled egg lovin' kid.
