The Heartbeat

Yesterday was our second appointment with the Vanderbilt midwives. Everything went great! We heard little baby B's heartbeat for the first time. It took a little while to find but since I had just felt the baby minutes before I wasn't too worried. Its heartbeat was in the 160s, probably because it had been moving around so much! I can hardly believe that the next appointment will be 19 weeks and the ultrasound and we will know who this little one is!
